Brewers Yeast is made from saccharomides, and is so named because it is one of the ingredients used in the production of beer and wine.

It has been used as a nutritional supplement for many years.

Brewers Yeast contains a variety of different vitamins, minerals and amino acids – and is a helpful source of B-Vitamins, including:

Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin)

Vitamin B3 (Niacin)
