The longer you leave on the deeper the colour release. Rinse with water (not shampoo). We suggest approx 12 hours before applying indigo but this isn't a “hard rule” Step 2-Indigo. Mix into a paste with water until a ”yogurt” like consistency. and cover for approx 15-20 mins (max) to allow the indigo colour to release. It may harden a little, if so just add a little water and stir. Apply with gloves (again in sections) root to tip for full coverage.. Leave for approx 2-3 hours then rinse with water. Colour will develop over 48 -72 hours. Tips-For deeper base shade leave henna on overnight. For grey as above though also leave indigo on a little longer,even overnight.
