IF YOU STILL HAVE MENSTRUATION:

You should use two doses a day (morning and night). Progesterone cream is used for 21 days of the month. Start using progesterone cream on the first day of bleeding and use it for 21 days in a row. Then, discontinue use and until the first day of bleeding of your next cycle.

MENOPAUSIC or IRREGULAR:

Women with an irregular menstrual cycle, excessive bleeding, or who have already stopped menstruating (menopausal) must use the cream for 21 consecutive days. Then, they can take a month break. They can use progesterone using calendar days. That is, they start using progesterone on the 1st of each month and end it on the 21st of each month. Two doses are used per day (morning and evening).

Notes for Menopausal Women:

For menopausal "fever", "hot flashes," or night sweats, use a double dose of two pump squeezes two times daily for continuous relief. As natural progesterone makes the body's cells more sensitive to the estrogen still produced by the body, a return of menstruation may be experienced in some cases of recent menopause.
