PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cut the soap base into small pieces, only the quantity needed. Add the bar soap in stainless steel or a suitable vessel

2. Agitate continuously until the base melts at a temperature of 50°C - 60°C maximum (do not let the basa boil).

3. Under continuous agitation, add desired color and essence/extracts to the melted base. It is recommended not to add more than 2% of essence.

4. When the base cools down to 35ºC – 40ºC, fill the base into the required containers. Using opaque containers as natural ingredients can darken when exposed to direct sunlight.

5. The soap should remain open without a lid until cooled and set at ambient temperature.
