ARMS SELF-MASSAGE

1. STEP 1 Start off by spreading the Toning Body Lotion on the skin.
2. STEP 2 Wrap your hand around the arm, gliding it firmly from elbow to shoulder. Repeat this movement for a minute on each arm.
3. STEP 3 There’s more: remember to do the same motion on the outside of the arm and on the forearms.

2. STEP 2 Place one hand over the other and firmly make clockwise circular movements surrounding the belly button. Repeat this same movement 3 times.
