Our Napiers herbal teas are not and there are good reasons why not. A teabag only contains around 2 or 3 grams of very dry, finely chopped or powdered herbs. We believe that not chopping herbs into tiny pieces, which dries out their natural oils, helps to preserve their beneficial goodness. We also like to vary the strength of our teas. We all come in different shapes, states or sizes, and so does our taste and need for a good cup of tea! It’s very easy to use loose tea and doesn’t have to involve chopping down a tree to make the paper for a tea bag! Use a tea strainer or tea ball. Compost loves loose too! INGREDIENTS Euphrasia officinalis (Eyebright Herb), Matricaria Recutita (Chamomile Flowers), Glycyrrhiza Glabra (Licorice Root), Sambucus Nigra (Elderflowers), Urtica Dioca (Nettle Leaf) DIRECTIONS Two teaspoons of herb to a large teapot of boiling water.
