Q1: Why my phone get charged so slowly or drain the battery?

A1: 1. Please use QC 3.0 car charger adapter(not included) to power this phone mount for car wireless charger, other adapter or USB port can't supply enough power to this device.

2. GPS navigation or playing music may have impact on the charging speed. Rate of battery consumption may be higher than the charging.

3. Make sure the adjustable bottom feet of the car wireless charger have been adjusted to a suitable level for your phone.

Q2: The suction mount can't attach to my dash.

A2: 1. The suction mount is only for flat surface, not for curved, soft, vinyl, plush fabrics, or bumpy surface.

2. Please make sure the surface is clean. If the suction mount get dirty, you can wash it and let it dry, then you can use it again.

3. If you got a heavy phone, you can let the long arm lean against the edge of dashboard to support your phone like the picture above.

4. Recommend to use the INCLUDED STICKY PAD to ensure double stability between your car phone holder mount wireless charing and dashboard

5. The suction cup and sticky pad will harden in winter, and reduce the sticky function. Recommend you wariming up the suction cup and sticky pad by hot air from the air vent before mounting.

Q3: Why does the led indicator keep blinking?

A3: Led indicator is red in standby model, it will turn to green when charging and keep blinking when there is foreign object detected. If the light keeps blinking, please check if there is any metal, magnet, kickstand between your phone and the charger. Remove these items and try again. In addition, the case must be less than 5 mm. If the case is too thick, please remove it and try again.

Q4: Why does the elbow no longer remain locked, but click down?

A4: The security lock must be opened before adjusting the angle of the elbow, otherwise wireless car charger mount will lose its stability due to forcibly adjusting the elbow.
