How to Use: Massage: Use on its own as an oil for massage or use to make a massage blend by combining with your favourite essential oils. We recommend Ginger (#118) and Rosemary (#108) for a powerful, warming massage. Dilute at a ratio of 1ml (approx. 20 drops) of essential oil to 100ml of carrier oil. This is a 1% dilution. Skincare: This beautifully light oil can be used as a gentle and effective cleanser and make-up remover. Hemp Seed Oil makes an excellent, natural alternative to shaving foam or gel. Why not add a few drops of Peppermint Oil (#158) for a cooling minty blast? Haircare: Hemp Seed Oil is good for your hair too. You can use it to condition your hair. Massage a tablespoon of oil into your hair and scalp then shampoo after 10 minutes. Top Tip – add the shampoo to your hair and begin to lather before adding water.
