WHY ROSE CREME WAX

Mylee's Rose Creme Wax is suitable for all areas, especially more delicate and intimate ones such as bikini, under arm and face. This is due to the opacity of the wax which means it is easier to apply thinner layers. The thinner the wax is applied, the better it works meaning that a little pot can go a long way.

Glyceryl Rosinate acts a skin-conditioning agent while Titanium Dioxide makes the wax less sticky to touch and the tear when waxing less aggressive. When combined with the Mineral Oil that makes up Mylee Rose Creme Wax, it forms a protection barrier for delicate skin during waxing.

PREPARATION

To prepare your skin for waxing, you will first need to grow out the area of hair that you wish to wax for at least 1-2 weeks so that it is around 1/4-inches thick. This will help to make your waxing experience more effective and painless.

One to two days before you are ready to wax, lightly exfoliate your skin using a rough washcloth. Exfoliation removes dead skin and debris which helps make it easier for the wax to stick to the hair rather than your skin. It can also help to prevent ingrown hairs developing.

We also advise using Mylee Pre Care Gel with Aloe Vera to cleanse and soothe the area.


DIRECTIONS FOR USE Remove the lid and place the Mylee Rose Creme Wax into the heating pot inside your wax heater and allow it to melt. If using the wax with the Mylee Wax Heater, the wax will begin to melt after 30 minutes and have a syrup-like consistency. Using a spatular, scoop a nut-sized amount of wax from the pot and spread a thin layer of wax in the direction of hair growth. Allow the wax to cool for around 5-10 seconds before placing a strip over the waxed area and smooth down firmly. Remove the strip in one swift movement against the direction of hair growth. Soothe the area before moving on to another and finish with Mylee After Care Lotion with Aloe Vera, which is sold separately.
