Chocolate lava S'mores cake

• 1 baking mix for Chocolate lava cake My French Recipe,
• 3 eggs, 1 stick of unsalted butter, Mini Marshmallows, 8 Biscoff cookies, 2 tbsp of butter

Preheat oven to 380 ° F.

Blend the Biscoff cookies with a food processor until it is powder.

Melt the 2 tbsp of butter, mix with cookie powder until combined. Set aside.

In a saucepan, melt 1 stick of butter until it is liquid. On a low heat, pour the Chocolate lava cake baking mix into the pan. Stop the heat. Whisk until the chocolate is completely melted.

Add the eggs. Whisk until combined.

Use muffins molds with parchment liners. Pour in the batter filling half of each ramekin. Top with 10 mini marshmallows. Top with 2 tbsp of the cookie powder.

Bake for 12 min.

Orange and chocolate cake

• 1 lava mix
• 3 eggs
• 1 stick of unsalted butter
• 4 organic oranges

Follow instructions on the back of the lava cake baking mix. When batter is ready:

Zest your oranges.

Add the orange zests to the batter. Add the juice of 1 orange.

Use 4 or 5 round small ramekins molds. Butter and flour lightly. Pour in the batter. Bake for 10 to 12 min.

Let it cool down, and bon appétit!

Pear and chocolate gooey cake

• 1 lava cake mix
• 3 eggs
• 1 stick of unsalted butter
• Canned pears

Follow instructions on the back of the lava cake baking mix.

When batter is in the ramekins:

In the middle, add 1/2 pear.

Bake for 10 min to 12 min.

Let it cool down, and bon appétit!

Gourmet Topping ideas

Our lava cake is delicious by itself. But you can make it gourmet just adding a few things.

My favorite gourmet touch is a scoop of French vanilla ice cream on the top of the molten cake still warm. 2 different textures, 2 temperatures and your tastebuds will be in heaven.

An other one that I love, is whipped cream and fresh berries. (Raspberries, strawberries and blueberries). What is your favorite?
