Equipped with an efficient industrial tool, it has preserved the know-how of the mustard craftsman.

Moutarderie Fallot has decided to undertake a certification process in this field, in order to best meet the most stringent requirements in terms of quality and food safety.

And they took up the challenge: their production unit received IFS certification (International Food Standard).

The excellence of their products is linked to the grinding process of mustard seeds with a stone grinding wheel, which avoids heating up the dough and preserves all the taste qualities of mustard.

In addition to the traditional recipes of Burgundy, Fallot establishments offer mustards with innovative flavors such as gingerbread mustard or Dijon blackcurrant.
