Dried Porcini flavor is enhanced when dried. Our "AAA" Super Premiums are the finest Porcini available. Light tan and cream in color with long full slices, the "AAA" Porcini are perfect for the most discerning chef's. Suggested Uses: "AAA" Porcini are full large slices and should be served whole. Reconstitute by soaking in warm water. Save the "Porcini Liquor" and incorporate in dishes to add intensity. Perfect in pasta or risotto dishes, or served whole with steak or meat dishes.
