Mung bean – seeds for sprouting. From seed to sprout, Mung bean sprouts are ready to eat after 3-5 days and have a sweet, nutty taste. 100% certified organic seeds.

HOW TO SPROUT: Soak seeds before germination. Use 2 tbsp seeds per tray or glass germinator. Soak for 12 hours. Rinse twice a day. Ideal germination temperature is 18-22°C. The sprouts are ready to eat after 3-5 days and can be eaten raw after the 4th day. Rinse thoroughly in fresh water before consumption.
