There is more than one way to use our achari pakora mix, here is Mumtaz's tip Slice 500 grams of mixed vegetable into small pieces of your choice. ie Potatoes, Onions, Cauliflower and Spinach. Add our 375g of pakora mix with vegetables and around 250ml of water then give it a good mixed for about 5 minutes. Then let the mix rest for 10-15 minutes. Heat the oil upto 180oc in a deep fat fryer. Then form small balls by hand or spoon and place in oil. Cook until golden brown and vegetables are fully cooked. Drain oil and enjoy perfect Mumtaz Pakoras at home.
