Instructions for use: Put 75cl of wine or cider in a pan, add half a cinnamon stick and a tablespoon of the mulling spice mixture and bring to the boil, add one tablespoon of brown sugar and simmer for 3 mins, remove from heat and let cool, strain with a fine sieve to remove bits, reheat and serve hot.
