Unbalanced Transmission?Please kindly note the 3 pin XLR male end is unbalanced connection. We have soldered pin1(sleeve) and pin3(cold) together, it is connected to the sleeve of the TS ends. Pin2(hot) is connected to the tip of the TS ends. So you don't need to distinguish right channel from left channel for the TS ends. They can be mixed. Splice Distance?The distance from the splice to the TS end is 45cm/1.5feet, means the distance between the two TS end is 3feet as the longest.
