Delightfully crispy and golden on the edges, Rava Dosa is quite the signature MTR dish. Follow the easy instructions to prepare it in a jiffy! INGREDIENTS Semolina (45%), Rice, Maida, Edible vegetable fat, Salt, Cumin, Acidity Regulator (INS 296), Green Chilli Powder DIRECTIONS Add 1 cup of mix to 1 and a half cups water and half cup sour curd to form batter. Set aside for 5 minutes. Add chopped green chillies, coriander leaves and onions to the batter. Mix well. Spread sufficient batter on hot tava on medium tava on medium flame. Add 1 tbsp oil to the sides. Roast till golden brown. Serve hot. See more
