HOW TO CONNECT

Step 1. Use the supplied lightning cable to supply power ( 5V/2A).

Step 2. Plug the HDMI connector to the TV/Projector/Monitor HDMI port.

Step 3. Switch the TV/projector's output to corresponding HDMI.

Step 4. For iOS system,the phones'screen will pop out a "Trust" option,just click it then wait it to connect automatically.

Caution:

1. Please make sure to keep iPhone/iPad in charging state to avoid affecting HDMI data transmission.

2. The i-phone's HDMI adapter is not compatible with apps with HDCP video copy protection, such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, DIRECTV, Comcast TV, Xfinity, SKY Q, HBO, Vudu and other apps that need to pay for watching.

3. The adapter will get a little hot whilst using but it's NORMAL and SAFE.

First check to make sure all interfaces are connected properly.

Second, check that the iPhone/iPad is charging

Then, check if "Trust" is clicked on the iPhone

Finally, if all the above are OK, please reconnect again.

What Netflix video can't be played?

Netflix, Amazon Video,HULU, Prime video, Sky Go, iTunes, Comcast tv, Xfinity, HBO go, DIRECTV,and other apps which need to pay for watching TV are NOT supported.

The phone is charging, but the device still can't cast the screen?

The power supply you are using may not be powerful enough, you need a power supply of 5V/2A or more to supply power properly, insufficient power supply will affect the video transmission.

How is the audio transmitted?

The audio and video are transmitted simultaneously, the monitor or TV you are casting to must have speakers to transmit audio properly, if the monitor does not have speakers, an external one will work fine.
