Traditional 2 monitor displayport switch requires 2 DP cables to connect each computer, but with this displayport MST KVM, each computer only needs 1 DP cable to achieve 2 monitor output, 1 DP input, DP+HDMI output, and supports mirror mode and extended mode.

1. Make full use of the Displayport MST Hub function to realize 1DP input and DP+HDMI output,support mirror mode and extended mode.

2. The structure is simplified. Different from the traditional two monitor KVM with double-layer circuit board, this display port KVM switch is more compact and more beautiful.

3. When outputting from a single monitor, it supports a resolution up to 8K@30Hz/4K@144Hz, and when outputting from two screens at the same time, supports a resolution up to 4K@100Hz, and is backward compatible.Support ultra-wide screen output such as 1440P.

4. The DP USB KVM has(3 USB-A+1 USB-C)USB3.0 interfaces for wired/wireless keyboard, mouse, U disk, printer and other USB devices. The USB3.0 data transmission rate is up to 5Gbps,10 times faster than USB2.0, compatible with USB2.0 and USB1.1.

5. In addition to the switch button, it is also equipped with a 1.5-meter long wired remote, which is convenient for your cable management and gives you a neat desk.There are green and blue indicators on the KVM and 1/2 digital indicators on the wired remote to indicate PC1 and PC2.

6. The computer input supports DP, Mini DP to DP, USB C to DP and USB C docking station; the displays output supports DP to HDMI/VGA, HDMI to VGA, HDMI to DP (special converter with USB cable power supply).

7. Designed DC5V power interface and ON-OFF switch. Camgeet 2 monitors 2 computers displayport KVM switch is powered by USB cable connected to the computer. When using a high-power USB device, plugging in a DC5V USB power cable will make the KVM switch displayport work more smoothly and the recognition more stable. Simply use the on/off button on the KVM when not in use, no need to unplug the cable.

8. Supports DP Diasy Chaining.

Each PC only needs 1*DP+1*USB cable to connect to the display port KVM, and the DP and HDMI ports marked "monitor" are used to connect 2 monitors.

Connection steps:

Step 1. Connect 1*DP cable+1*USB 3.0 cable between PC 1 and KVM (marked USB 3.0, DP).

Step 2. Connect 2*DP cable+1*USB 3.0 cable between PC 2 and KVM (marked USB 3.0, DP).

Step 3. Connect 1*DP+1*HDMI cable between the dual display KVM (marked "monitor") and your 2 monitors.

Step 4. Insert your USB devices(keyboard mouse and U disk) into the USB port on the KVM.

Step 5. Insert the Wired Remote into the KVM to remotely switch between PC1 and PC2.

Please be sure to use the two 8K DP1.4 cables included in the package to connect your computers and the Dual Monitor KVM.

***Notice***

1.After connecting the computers and the monitors through Dual Monitor Displayport 1.4 KVM Switches, you need to set the screen output mode on the computer (press Windows+P) and select the output mode in the pop-up window on the screen.

2.The USB 3.0 Displayport KVM Switch 2 Monitors 2 Computers does not support hotkey switching.

The windows system can expand 2 different screens, while the MAC system can only expand 2 identical screens.

Please be Aware before Order:

• This displayport KVM Switch Dual Monitor input supports DP, Mini DP to DP, USB C to DP and USB C docking station; the displays output supports DP to HDMI/VGA, HDMI to VGA, HDMI to DP (special converter with USB cable power supply). When adapters are being used, the resolution will drop. So the less adapter the better.
• Suggest to Use DisplayPort and HDMI monitor to avoid using adapters on video outputs.
• This Dual Monitor KVM Switch Displayport does not support EDID emulation (all DP KVM on the market do not support it, this is the DisplayPort specific issue and is why DisplayPort doesn't support EDID emulation, not just this product). So,after switching, the window position of the original display information will be shifted to some extent.
• Single monitor output: resolution up to 8K@30Hz, 4K@144Hz; Dual minitor simultaneous output: up to 4K@100Hz, backward compatible.
• In addition to supporting high-resolution computers and monitors, it is recommended to use 8K DP1.4 and 8K HDMI 2.1 cables. We provide two 8K DP1.4 cables for connecting computers and KVM.
