Step 1 Sterilize 5 pint jars.	Step 2 Scald 6 lbs of tomatoes for 3 minutes.	Step 3 Dip the tomatoes in cold water and remove the skins.	Step 4 Remove the core and chop coarsely.


Step 5 Combine tomatoes, 1/2 cup of vinegar, Mrs Wages instant seasoning mix - bring to a boil let it simmer for 10 minutes.	Step 6 Fill the jars with salsa mix to 1/2" from the lip and release the air.	Step 7 Wipe the jars clean, seal the lid, and process in boiling water for 40 minutes.	Step 8 Let the jars cool for 12-24 hours and Enjoy!
