Step 3 - Add, boil and stir Combine tomatoes, 1/2 cup of vinegar, Mrs. Wages instant seasoning mix - bring to a boil let it simmer for 10 minutes.	Step 4 - Sterlize jars Sterilize 5 pint jars.


Step 5 - Pour Fill the jars with salsa mix to 1/2" from the lip and release the air.	Step 6 - Cap jars Wipe the jars clean and seal the lid.	Step 7 - Boil Process in boiling water for 40 minutes.	Step 8 - Wait for the pop! Let the jars cool for 12-24 hours and wait for the pop! Enjoy!
