Made from fresh breads, seasoned just right, Mrs. Cubbison's stuffings have been trusted by home cooks for over 60 years as the perfect choice for the most important meals of the year.

Sun-Dried Tomato Artisan Bread Stuffing

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place Mrs. Cubbison's Artisan Bread Stuffing in large mixing bowl.

2. In dry skillet over medium high heat, toast pine nuts until golden brown; add nuts to mixing bowl with stuffing.

3. In same skillet preheat olive oil; add onions, celery and garlic; sauté until translucent.

4. Add sautéed vegetables, sun-dried tomatoes, basil and vegetable broth to mixing bowl with stuffing and pine nuts. Salt and pepper to taste and stir until combined well.

5. Place stuffing mixture in a buttered, 2 quart casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover, and bake for additional 20 minutes.

4 tablespoons; Pine Nuts
2 tablespoons; Olive Oil
1 cup; Celery, chopped
1 cup; Onion, chopped
2 cloves; Garlic, chopped
1 cup; Sun-dried Tomatoes in Oil, chopped
1/4 cup; Basil, fresh, chopped
3 cups; Low Salt Vegetable Broth
Salt and Pepper to taste
