INGREDIENTS Sugar, dried glucose syrup, salt, modified starch, maltodextrin, colours (beetroot red, carmine, paprika extract and natural rosemary flavouring), spices (star anise, cinnamon, ginger), dried garlic, dried onion, yeast extract, thickeners (guar gum, xanthan gum), barley malt extract, natural flavourings DIRECTIONS Place meat or poultry in a bag. Add the glaze at approximately 10% of the weight of the protein and tumble until evenly coated. Allow 10-15 minutes for the gaze to develop before cooking thoroughly.
