Indica is a delicious and versatile long grain brown rice which is rich in nutrients and has a subtle flavour. This makes it perfect for use in a stir fry, curry and even soup.

Ingredients

1 tin Aduki Beans
3/4 cup Mr Organic Indica Brown Rice
1 tbsp Mr Organic Toasted Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
1/2 tbsp Tamari Sauce
juice of 1/2 Lemon & 3 Spring Onions, Green and White parts sliced & 1 tbsp White Sesame Seeds
1-inch piece Fresh Ginger & 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne

Method

1. Cook the rice (water to rice ratio 2:1). Tip: rinse the rice a few times before cooking.

2. Drain and rinse the beans from the tin.

3. In a bowl mix all the ingredients: beans, ginger, garlic, spring onions.

4. When the rice is ready add it in the bowl.

5. Simply add the dressing and it's ready to eat!
