This gel is very runny compared to other hard gels, I get it to work fine if you work one nail at a time. Put the gel on one finger, cure it and move on to the next finger. When I first used this gel, I did all my fingers before curing.

Yes you'll need the uv lamp to cure on the nail or it wont be hard and stay at on the nail bed and you will also need gel base coat before you use the gel.
