Dry hands prior to use.
Place one strip on upper teeth just below the gum line.
Gently press strip onto naturally moistened teeth until sealed in place. If strip does not adhere, continue to moisten teeth with tongue before reapplying strip with dry fingers.
Repeat for lower teeth.
Allow about 10 minutes for strip to dissolve. No rinsing or removal necessary! For best results, avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after treatment.
