Helen and Simon fell in love as lawyers and left their jobs to travel South America. They camped on a cocoa plantation, ate lots of amazing chocolate and then had an idea.

In 2000, they started Montezuma's Chocolates with a lovely shop in Brighton, hand making all the bars themselves..... All using the best quality ethical cocoa sourced from plantations that meet our 'Trading Fairly Policy'.
