20ml MONIN syrup of your choice

120ml prosecco or sparkling white wine

60ml soda water

Pour all ingredients into a large wine glass filled with ice cubes. Stir gently to combine and garnish with a citrus slice.

They are traditionally given and eaten at Christmas, as they harvested from November to January.
