120ml prosecco or sparkling white wine

60ml soda water

Pour all ingredients into a large wine glass filled with ice cubes. Stir gently to combine and garnish with a citrus slice.

20ml MONIN syrup of your choice

50ml London Dry Gin

150ml Indian tonic water

Add all the ingredients to a highball glass, making sure to incorporate the syrup throughout the drink. Fill with ice cubes and garnish with a slice of citrus or complementary herb.

Try with Cucumber, Pink Grapefruit, Blood Orange Basil, Passion Fruit, Lychee, or any of our fruity, citrusy, herbaceous or floral flavours for a delicious, refreshing G&T.

Passion Fruit Martini Recipe

15ml MONIN Passion Fruit syrup

15ml MONIN Vanilla syrup

50ml passionfruit juice

15ml lemon juice

50ml vodka

Prosecco on side

Combine all liquids (except prosecco) in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake hard, then fine strain into a chilled coupette. Garnish with a passionfruit slice and edible flower. Serve with the prosecco in a shot glass on the side.
