Q: Frequent Keyboard Delay/Repeat Inputs
A: Delay and repeat problems are usually caused by signal interference, please use the following troubleshooting to solve it.
1. Verify the keyboard is connected to the built-in Bluetooth, not an external Bluetooth adaptor.
2. Make sure that the keyboard and your device are within close proximity.
3. Try to stay away from metal and other sources of wireless signal, such as cordless phone, wireless speaker, WiFi router, computer power supplies, metal wiring in the wall.
4. Try disconnecting all other wireless accessories to verify the interference issue.
5. Charge the keyboard for an hour.
6. Try using it on another device to verify the issue
Note: the input smoothness may be affected in the following situations:
- Multiple wireless accessories are connected to the device
- First few seconds after switch over devices or wake them up
- PC case placed under the desk, signal blocked
Q: Charging tips
A: The LED indicator stays red while charging and goes out when fully charged. It is recommended that the keyboard be charged using a charger with a voltage lower than 5V or the computer's USB port.
Q: The USB cable cannot be used to operate the computer
A: The USB cable is for charging only. You cannot use it to operate your device.
Q: LED1 blue light does not light up when the keyboard is switched on
A: Firstly, make sure the keyboard is fully charged. Please charge it first and try again after it is fully charged.
Q: The keyboard is in pairing mode, but the "Bluetooth Keyboard" cannot be found on the computer.
A: 1. delete all previously connected Bluetooth devices from your computer, especially those that are no longer in use but have not been cleaned, this may prevent new devices from appearing in the system list.
2. If the first method does not work, try pairing the keyboard with another device. If the connection is successful, try updating the Bluetooth driver on your computer or resetting it to its initial settings and try again!
