1) Why is this screen fit for iPhone 8 as well as SE2020?
The structure of these two models is the same, so the product we designed can be applied to both phone models.It can be used to repair iPhone 8 or SE(2 Gen.) screen.
2) What can I do to retain the Touch ID of my phone?
1. Touch ID only works with the original home button assembly for user protection, you have to transfer it from your original iPhone 8/SE2020 LCD screen and install it on our screen correctly.
2. If the touch id doesn’t work after using the original home button, please try to reset the Touch ID on your iPhone 8/SE2020 setting.
3) There are black/white dots or lines on the screen, what should I do?
This may be caused during transportation, incorrect installation, or incorrect usage of the screen, please do not press too hard on the screen or drop it during installation or daily use.
4) Why does the touch function can't work properly after connecting all the cables?
The touch issue might be caused because the cables are not installed correctly. Please try to unplug all the connectors on the logic board. Then use dust wipes or cotton swabs to wipe all the sockets carefully and reinstall the screen. Make sure you connect all the connectors correctly with a "click" sound and make sure the metal plate over the connectors of the screen for iphone 8/SE2020 are screwed down properly.
