The blue switch is for high & low and the paddle is for low & high gears . Note:USB Gear Shifter Knob only supports PC windows system. On your Windows PC, USB Gear Shifter Knob is recognized as soon as you plugged it in. you don't need to install any drivers. It's basically a two button controller, one button handled by each switch. You will need to set it up properly in the simulators though for it to be recognized. It's a great add on for American Truck Simulator and Euro Truck Simulator if you want to drive realistic manual. Sensitive shift between high gear and low gear - the handball head of high gear and low gear can be used as a switch to quickly switch between high gear and low gear, including two changers and up to 18 gears. USB Gear Shifter Knob is good quality for being plastic and the switches have good feel and placement. It has a long enough cord too so it can reach a decent ways to get to your PC or usb hub.
