Permanent UV paint removal: 1) Rough the surface of the top coat with a basic 100/180 file. Wrap nails with a cotton swab soaked in Dissolver Remover and fix with a suitable film. 3) After 5-8 minutes, use a polisher to remove the remnants of softened and base coat from the nail surface.
