Warm Tips:

1. Please check the mirror backup camera and its all accessories before installation, if any parts missing or issues exist, please reach us, we will definitely help address the issue and make you satisfied.

2. Please make sure the rearview mirror backup camera is properly connected before POWER ON the Screen(Please remove the protective sticker of the cameras), then the two cameras can start smoothly with stable power/voltage, this is a MUST installation process for this rearview camera for car.

3 Please use the original accessories provided in the package to prevent compatibility issues with the mirror backup camera.

4. Please format the 64GB TF card (included) regularly to avoid the locked video taking up too much capacity and affecting the normal use of the dash cam rear view mirror.

5. Parking Monitoring: Please use our customized hardwire kit(B0B3DQ5X6F) to work with the smart rearview mirror and turn ON "Lapse Recording " in the menu setting if you'd like to record the view during parking.

6. If your car has its own reversing assist system, please ignore the reversing line of T36S. If your car does not have a reversing system, you can connect the red cable of the rear cam to the positive pole of your reversing lamp to get reverse guideline assistance.

1. How to connect the GPS?

Plug the USB port of GPS into the mirror dash cam first, then plug the USB port of the car charger(or hardwire kit) into the GPS

2. How to adjust the front/rear image vertically or horizontally?

Ensure the front/rear are Plugged smoothly, then you can find an [Gear] icon In the video recording interface click it, find the setting” Front/Rear mirror” or “Front/Rear flip”, and select “on”.

3. How to find the video recorded by the rearview mirror camera?

Click the [Curved arrow] icon In the video recording interface, then you can check the recorded files, such as normal video, locked video, picture, and parking monitor video.

4. Why my rear/front camera can't be detected?

Check the connector of the front and rear dash camera first, connector may be loose, you can remove it and reconnect it again. If it does not work, pls reach us to get a free camera replacement.

3. When the car is turned on, why can't the dash cam turn on automatically?

Please use our original car charger cable or hardwire kit, otherwise, some problems will occur. If it still occurs, please reach us to get a responsive reply.

4. How to restart the dash cam front and rear?
