MIRACLE TREE'S ORANGE-KALE MORINGA PROTEIN SMOOTHIE Ingredients - 1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate vegan protein
- 1 cup of water & 2 big handfuls of spinach
- 1 orange, peel and remove seeds & 1 cup of raw chopped kale
- ½ teaspoon of spirulina powder
- 1 tablespoon of moringa powder
- 1 pinch of ground cinnamon & 1 pinch of ginger powder
Directions - Place the fruit and veggie ingredients in your blender with half of the liquids, and start to blend
- Place the balance of the ingredients with the balance half of liquids and continue blending, pour and enjoy
| MIRACLE TREE'S MORINGA PANCAKES Ingredients - 1 egg &1/3 Cup milk, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or melted butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar & ½ tea spoon vanilla extract & ½ cup flour
- 1 tablespoon Moringa powder
- 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder & Pinch of salt & maple syrup, bananas or other toppings per preference
Directions - Whisk the egg, milk, vegetable oil/butter, sugar and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
- Add Moringa powder, flour, baking powder and salt and whisk together with the other mixture.
- Heat a heavy cast iron skillet over low to medium heat. Brush with vegetable oil or butter. Drop circles of the batter onto the skillet about quarter cup at a time.
- As the circle starts to bubble flip the pancake and cook the other side for about one minute. Stack pancakes and serve with maple syrup, butter, or any other toppings.
| MIRACLE TREE'S MORINGUACAMOLE TACOS Ingredients - 1 avocado, peeled and chopped, ¼ teaspoon salt &½ tbsp. chopped parsley, 1 tbsp. marinara sauce & 2 tsp. of olive oil
- 8 ounces filleted beef, 2 minced garlic cloves, 4 hard taco shells
- Cumin, Salt, and Pepper (to taste), Mozzarella (grated), Salad Leaves
- 1 tbsp. Moringa Powder
Directions - To make the guacamole, in a medium bowl, mash the avocado slices, and mix with salt to taste. Add the chopped parsley, moringa powder, and mashed tomatoes. Mix well then set aside.
- To prepare taco filling, in a large pot, pour olive oil and add ground beef to cook for 5-8 minutes. Continue to stir through the cooking process while removing the grease out of the pot. Add garlic, cumin, salt, pepper and marinara sauce to taste.
- Heat the taco shells per the preparation instructions and fill with the taco filling guacamole mix. Add salad leaves and grated mozzarella cheese on top. Serve on a plate and enjoy!
