Chicken Teriyaki Salad

1 qt, Minor’s Teriyaki Sauce

3 fl oz, Lime juice, fresh

3.75 lb, Chicken, grilled, chilled, ½” slices

1 tbsp, Scallions

3 lb, Romaine lettuce, chopped fine

6 oz, Snow Peas, trimmed

24 oz, Grapefruit segments, ruby red 24 oz

6 oz, Radishes, raw, sliced thin

4.5 oz, Cashew nut, roasted and salted, chopped

In a large bowl, add chicken, lettuce, scallions, grapefruit, radishes and cashews. Season lightly with Teriyaki RTU and lime juice. Season with salt and black pepper, and toss.
