Sesame Cream Cheese 3 Tbsp Minor's Sesame Sauce 1 cup Cream Cheese	Tangy Marinade, Basting or Finishing Sauce 2 Tbsp Minor's Sesame Sauce 1 cup Vinegar (Balsamic, Cider, Red Wine, Rice Wine or White)	Sauce Combo ¼ cup Minor's Sesame Sauce 1 cup Minor's Chili Garlic Sauce

Butternut Squash Bisque

Yield: 21 Portions

1.25 qt, Onions small dice

1 cup, Celery, small dice

1 fl oz, Olive oil

4 lb, Butternut squash, medium dice

3 tbsp, Chicken base

1.5 cup, Minor's Sesame Sauce

2 tsp, Cider Vinegar

In medium stock pot, saute onion, celery, and butternut squash in olive oil over medium high heat. Add water and Chicken Base; stir. Bring liquid to a simmer for 15-20 minutes or until squash is fork tender. Season with Sesame Sauce, and vinegar. Puree until smooth and season with salt.
