How we get our start?
The Véha family was producing flour in early the 1900s when grain was still being transported by horse-drawn carts. The Mill & Folks company's story started with a conversation about a brand that could be consumed by people with food allergies, which is also young, vibrant, affordable, and even a good, premium quality.
