Pregnant and / or other restrictions associated to MIGRAINE GUARD? If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or have liver disease – C-a-n-c-e-r , you should not use MIGRAINE GUARD . It may interfere with Doxoribicin , a medication used for the treatment of certain c-a-n-c-e-r-s , so please consult with your doctor prior to taking MIGRAINE GUARD to see if it is right for you. Antibiotics? : Yes, you should take MIGRAINE GUARD at a different time (interval 2 hours) during the day from when you take the medicine because Vitamin B (an ingredient in MIGRAINE GUARD) could decrease effectiveness when taken together.
What are the reported side effects of taking MIGRAINE GUARD? The most common side effect of MIGRAINE GUARD is bright yellow urine, this is due to the body processing Riboflavin and is harmless. In a very small number of instances, very rare cases of diarrhea have been reported in very sensitive patients with intestinal disorders or people with intestinal epithelial cells (IECs) damages. For these rare cases, dose adjustment is the solution.
Should I discontinue before surgery? Yes, since one of the ingredients is a blood thinner (piperine) you should discontinue taking MIGRAINE GUARD at least one week prior to surgery.
Is MIGRAINE GUARD safe for children? Jurisdictions are different. As per Canadian Monographs we cannot recommend using MIGRAINE GUARD on children. In the US there isn’t any specific indication provided by the Food and drug Administration so for legal reasons, we prefer to maintain the adult suggestion. Should I be concerned about allergic reactions? MIGRAINE GUARD contains zero common allergens such as trans-fat, peanuts, eggs, milk, wheat, gluten, tree nuts, fish or shellfish. Any particular Diet? A medium carb diet (max 300 gr) during the day with a min 1 liter of water / day is certainly recommended and will help you to achieve better results.
