Designed for efficiency, this alarm system avoids false alarms by specifically focusing on vehicles and not detecting people or animals. The transmitter operates on 2 "AA" batteries (not included), and for optimal performance in colder climates, it is recommended to use lithium alkaline AA batteries. Customize the sensitivity with a radius adjustment ranging from 3 to 12 feet, and personalize transmission codes using dip switches. Installation is a breeze, and the kit includes a stake for easy setup. Simply position the electromagnetic sensor strategically, allowing it to "learn" the area for accurate detection. Ensure proper functionality by installing the batteries near the installation site rather than in the home. Install the batteries, near the installation site so the sensor can "learn" the area. If the batteries are installed in the home; the unit may not function properly.
