Mew & Friends Catnip – “The Best a Cat Can Get”. For sale, we have our very own strain of Mew & Friends Organic Premium Dried Catnip that will send your Cat into Catnip heaven. Grown in the UK the pouch you receive will be 30g. If your cat is a catnip fan, you will definitely be back for more. We value our customers and their furry friends and want everyone to be happy with their purchase.

Our packaging is simple to minimise waste. You will receive your catnip in a reusable and recyclable high quality bag (ensuring freshness) which can be put straight in your recycle bin. We recommend you to only give your moggy catnip as a treat, so the resealable bag will keep our product fresh for when you are ready to use it again.

We have researched Catnip for many years. Since there are over 250 varieties we now harvest our own seeds from our own strain, ensuring the quality you receive is nothing but the best.

WILL IT WORK ON MY CAT?

If your cat is one of the lucky ones to love Catnip then it’s a big fat yes. Kittens under 7 months and older cats may not react, although we have a rescue kittie who is 14 years young and she loves the stuff. Some cats unfortunately do not react to catnip at all unless other chemicals have been added.

Our catnip is a firm favourite with our rescue kitties on the farm. We have experimented with many varieties of catnip and since creating our own strain we have shared this happiness with cats around the world. Our own strain works on more than 90% of cats. Our catnip is has been well-tried over the years. We are proud to say that "we really know about the nip"

Genuine 100% natural highest potency catnip. Using our own strain, all of our catnip is handpicked, naturally dried & hand sifted to ensure big stalks are removed. Since we don’t use big machines we only choose the best bits. We don’t bulk the weight out with the stalks as many other leading brands do.

On our UK farm we hand weed our crops and don’t use any nasty pesticides. During the summer months, our crop attracts thousands and thousands of UK bees and butterflies. Bees are vital for the preservation of balance in nature. We encourage lots of wildlife and even have a team of ladybirds who help us with pest control.

On our animal-friendly farm, our Catnip is grown on Grade 1 Agricultural Land all year round in the rich soils of the Lancashire countryside meaning it is not sourced and shipped from abroad. We only practice plant-based farming and have no livestock, only pets. We never store our catnip for long periods of time. This ensures it's the freshest it can be.
