Get fast relief from metatarsal pads. Transfer pressure away from the ball of your foot. Metatarsal pads attach to any Tread Labs insole. Their position can be easily adjusted and they can be removed at any time.	For optimal pain relief and all day comfort. Placement is key. Take your time and place your metatarsal pads accurately in your Tread Labs insoles. The Velcro attachment makes placement easy. You may need to adjust the pad placement by moving the pads forward or back. Just a couple of millimeters can make a difference. Make sure you do NOT feel the metatarsal pad under the ball of your foot.	Feel the difference Metatarsal Pads make. Most people are comfortable wearing them full-time. Others prefer wearing them for a few hours initially, increasing over time. If you have not worn metatarsal pads before, they will feel different, but they should not hurt.


CORRECT MET PAD PLACEMENT INSURES COMFORT The ideal location for a Metatarsal Pad is immediately behind the center of the ball of the foot.	PEEL BACK THE TOP COVER Peel back the top cover from the molded arch support base. Start at the front. Do not remove the top cover completely.	ATTACH THE MET PAD TO ARCH SUPPORT Attach the Met Pad to the arch support base. Position the forward edge of the Met Pad from left to right. The Velcro will hold it in place.	RE-ATTACH THE TOP COVER Re-attach the top cover to the arch support. The Met Pad will be sandwiched between the top cover and the arch support base.
