The Medifacx ProRx Disc Pill Cutter is designed to reinvent the way the world cuts Pills, Tablets & Vitamins. The unique curved/crescent shape blade is made of Stainless Steel. We have found that a crescent shape blade cuts more evenly and creates less breakage than a straight edge blade. Other pill cutters have a straight blade which "chops" the pill which is the main causes of breakage. The thinner curved blade on the ProRxDisc "slices" pills instead of "chopping" them.

Place a pill in a loose fitting cavity, slightly larger than the pill. Close the lid with a tapping motion to cut the pill. Tip the cutter upside down and the pill halves drop out the top into the pill catch cup provided.
