MILLING GRAIN PROVENANCE. We source our soft wheat from our local Cotswold Grain Partnership. The fields surrounding the mill are great for soft wheat flour. We prepare our grain in 100-year-old pine wood bins before milling. Soft wheats are best for culinary flour like Plain Flour, Pastry Flour, Cake Flour and Self-Raising Flour.
