Preparation and Usage * For the Perfect Rice it's as Easy as * (1) Take 75g rice (per person), rinse in running water. * (2) Place in a large pan of boiling water. * (3) Stir and bring back to the boil, keeping uncovered. Reduce to a rolling simmer for approx. 10 minutes or until rice is tender. * (4) Drain water, cover & leave to stand for 3 minutes. * (5) Lightly fork through the grains and serve.
