A flavoursome blend of herbs and spices with a slightly creamy, buttery flavour. Perfect for seasoning chicken with a mild peri taste, without the heat. Simply mix the flavouring with water and oil, until it becomes a sauce, then apply to the chicken. Cook on the grill, or leave to marinate for a more intense flavour. Alternatively, serve on the side of dishes for customers to dip or pour over food. Vegetarian INGREDIENTS :Wheat (Gluten) Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Maltodextrin, Salt, Sugar, Onion Powder, Acid (E-330), Flavour Enhancer (E-621), Garlic Powder, Spices, Flavouring, Colour (E-160c), Thickener (E-415).ALLERGY ADVICE : For Allergens, see ingredients in Bold. May contain traces of nuts, eggs, fish, milk, soya, celery, mustard, sulphites.USAGE INFO : Make basting sauce according to following ratios: 100 g powder 100 g oil 200 g cold water, use a hand blender to mix and ensure that all the ingredients are blended in to a smooth sauce. Add 25 g extra powder if a thicker sauce is required. This sauce is suitable for dipping, pouring and cooking. For the best cooking experience, grill the steamed chicken to get grill marks and then apply basting sauce generously on both sides of grilled chicken and let the water evaporate from the chicken on the grill. Try not to burn sauce on the grill. Serve the chicken on plate and generously coat with basting sauce before presenting.
