Colloidal Oatmeal is an all-natural powder derived through the fine milling of the whole oat kernels. Marble Hill Superfine Colloidal Oatmeal is the unrefined whole oat grain including the bran which provides the bulk of the powerful active ingredients. How to Use Colloidal Oatmeal

Our Colloidal Oatmeal is Whole Grain and unrefined. We recommend adding the oatmeal to 1litre of warm water before you bathe to maximise the benefits. A small amount of bran remains after bathing but rinses away easily
If your skin is feeling dry, a colloidal oatmeal bath can help. You don’t need to add anything to it, so it’s a simple fix for dry, itchy skin. Add two heaped tablespoons under the running water, lie back and let the oats do the work
