We at Mandoi are organic and fairtrade certified and attach great importance to fair trade.We also have other great pepper varieties and of course another large selection of spices.The mandoi cub pepper in Germany is packaged and controlled in the laboratory.Our control point is the de-Öko-005-.We obtain our organic cub pepper directly from small peasant cooperatives from Java where they are picked.The cub pepper, also called stem pepper, is to be used, for meat & vegetable dishes, as well as stews, soups and marinades.The taste of the cub pepper is sharp, slightly bitter and has a eucalyptus note.This is due to the high proportion of atheous oil.Mandoi organic cub pepper 100g, is a pepper specialty from Indonesia.

Wir beziehen unseren Bio Kubebenpfeffer direkt aus kleinen bäuerlichen Kooperativen aus Java wo diese handgepflückt werden. Einzusetzen ist der Kubeben Pfeffer, auch Stielpfeffer genannt, bei Fleisch & Gemüsegerichten, sowie Eintöpfe, Suppen und Marinaden. Der Geschmack des Kubeben Pfeffer ist scharf, leicht bitter und hat eine Eukalyptus-Note. Dies liegt an dem hohen Anteil an athärischem Öl.
