Q: What is the highest storage capacity microSD card that I can use with Qubii Pro?
A: Qubii supports microSD cards of any storage capacity currently on the market (2021). Purchasing a microSD Card from a trusted seller, platform or brand name is highly recomended.
Q: What happens when the memory card is full? Will the backup start all over again?
A: Don't worry, the Qubii app will notify you when your memory card is full. Switching to a new card will not duplicate your backup. Qubii will remember where it left off and continue from there.
Q: What types of data can I back up to Qubii ?
A: Photos, videos, contacts, and social media content (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Flickr). Kindly note that Qubii is unable to backup Apps, text messages and Notes.
Q: If my backup stuck at certain pictures, what should I do?
A: There may be a bug on a specific picture or there is a problem with the image in iCloud. Don't worry, our dedicated customer support will guide you to fix it.
Q:I have iPhone 12 with USB-C charger, can I use Qubii?
A: Qubii has USB-A port, so it only works with USB-A charger. You can use Qubii with USB-A charger to backup your iPhone & iPad. Or you can choose Qubii Duo with USB-C port.
Q: Do I need to register account to use Qubii?
A: NO! Maktar will not ask user to register any account for backing up. All content will store directly to your microSD card.
Q: What should I do if I receive "error message" or "Qubii is disconnected message"?
A: The issue may come from counterfeit microSD cards, poor cable connection, downloading from third party software, etc. Don't worry, our customer support will help you.
