Is your product toxic or chemically based? We only use 100% natural Lemon, Lemongrass, Citronella, Cinnamon, Bergamot, Thyme, Lavender and Tea Tree in our product. It contains no toxins or chemicals.

What happens if I get it on clothes, carpets, or cloth? Once diluted in accordance with the usage instructions and used as a spray our product will not stain or damage these items.

What science are your claims based upon? None… we just know it works because we use it ourselves. That's how the product was created many years ago :)

Is your product safe around children? You should always keep essential oils out of sight and reach of children.

How often do I need to use it and how long does the small last? Because our deterrent is aroma based you should maintain the aroma in the places where you are trying to repel and train cats and dogs from areas they use inappropriately . We find that spraying once or twice per day to be most effective.

Is your packaging recyclable? Yes, all our packaging is able to be recycled with normal household recycling.
